Believe me when I say I've tried all the modern gadgets for this purpose and always come back to my mezzaluna. This collection is in outstanding condition with just the right amount of patina.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEach chopper is unique and different but all are approximately 5\" high and 10\" long (message me if you want an exact measurement on one). While I don't normally recommend vintage products be used on food items, this I think, would be an exception. Especially, since the blades are still sharp and in good condition (except #7, see photo 7A).
