A perfect addition to French Spring décor. These are old carriers for birds from a time when bird were bought at outdoor bird markets in France. They were usually only used to take them home to a larger cage. This will make a truly unique magazine-worthy show piece!
If vintage items can be “trendy”, this is definitely one of them, as I found out when someone tried to steal these right out from under me at a brocante market.
This one is quite a bit larger than most I see. It is 10.5” x 7.25” x 7” and has and old glass jar and a little trough for food.
This will not ship in our signature lavender box, as a sturdier one will be needed.
