Antique French Cookbook-La Cuisine de Martine, c. 1930s
What a lovely little cookbook that would make a great addition to any kitchen. I’ve never seen this particular book before. There is even a section on nutrition for the sick and children. It is in great condition with tight pages, except for the cover. It seems to have hardened a bit (the glue used?) and is a bit hard to open, but is better when more pages are opened.
“Préface de Curnonsky Prince des Gastronomes. PARIS, ÉDITION DE LA MODE DU JOUR, 1932”
