La France Nouvelle Antique Puzzle Map of France - Wood, c. 1918
This puzzle is amazing! It is almost surely from 1918, when Moselle and Muerthe et Moselle became two different departments after the maps were redrawn following WWI (Hence the Nouvelle/New). It is RARE in that every single piece is still present (I’m the puzzle tester). The pieces are made of wood and are all in very good shape. A few of the larger ones have a bit of warping as does the box. The box itself is also complete (including the attached sheet of old paper that covers the puzzle). However, it does have some damage and warping. See photos or email with questions.
