This is one of the products I’ve been most excited to share with you. These olive wood handled knives are specifically used for individual pizzas! You cut the pizza by rocking them back and forth. We discovered them in one of our favorite restaurants years ago, but they were cheap plastic ones and I’ve been on the hunt for nice ones ever since.
These are made in the “knife capital of France” — Thiers. It is a cute little river town built into the hillside in eastern France and when I knew we would be driving through, I put it on my list.
