Antique Paris Souvenir Album — Vues de Paris, circa 1900–1910
A little Paris to linger over. This antique Vues de Paris souvenir album holds 17 black-and-white photogravure views, including Notre-Dame, offering a glimpse of the city as an earlier visitor might have remembered it.
Its textured tan cardboard covers feature silver-blue lettering and flowing decorative borders. Inside, handwritten names and a Paris address preserve a small trace of the album’s previous life.
A thoughtful gift for a Francophile or a lovely addition to a collection of French books and travel souvenirs, displayed open to a favorite view.
