An absolutely amazing olive oil! The olives are harvested directly from the olive trees at Les Pastras, a very small-production farm in the heart of Provence. We've all heard the stories of fake olive oil or olive oil with low quality additives. With this you are guaranteed 100% authentic olive oil straight from the farm where it was produced. It is a full-bodied olive oil that is best used in its raw/cold state for salad dressings and the like. You won't be disappointed.
