I love the French Rotary Wall-Mounted Soap and have one in each bathroom.
I've mounted the soap on the side wall near the sink with your ceramic soap plate under the soap to catch drippings.
I do notice at times I need to tighten the screw at the end of the soap.
The scent of the yellow color soap is wonderful.

I experienced using the Marseilles rotating soaps earlier this fall while in Provence. They are funny looking but functional and all over the shops in that region.
